Access

Sunrise Villa is a large and very spacious property. It sleeps up to four people in two bedrooms, is suitable for children of all ages, has wheelchair access and has a fantastic swimming pool.

Keeping the villa in good condition

In order to keep the villa in excellent condition, we request that no smoking is allowed inside the property, and no pets should be brought in.

The surrounding area

This is a self-catering accomodation, just ten minutes drive from the centre of Ayia Napa, which boasts a large number of top quality restaurants and beach bars. There is a local beach just four minutes walk away from the villa.
